Boys Are Snips and Snails Baby( stair step )Shower Invitations

I just cant stop with the baby shower invites, I'm So in baby mode. My oven is missing her bun.

So until I get over the empty womb syndrome I guess I'll keep making shower cards

I love just the classic themes:

What are little boys made of?
Snips and snails, and puppy dogs tails
That's what little boys are made of !"

        What are little girls made of?
"Sugar and spice and all things nice
That's what little girls are made of!

 

In, fact that was the theme of my last child's shower. Ahyriel's shower was Sugar and spice the colors were  pink, green and brown. I will have those pics at the bottom of this post.

Any who, I just love these little invites I made, and if I have another little boy, I so think that this will be the theme

I would probably incorporate umbrellas mud puddles and rain boots, because I also really like the umbrella theme also.

Vintage Onsie Baby Shower Invitations

I have a friend that's having a baby in May, after talking about invitation ideas I came up with these, I thought that these would be o so cute.

All of the invites have a little flap at the bottom that snaps close. So its more like a real onsie. I love the colors on this onsie, Kinda mixing it up a little eccentric, but super smashing none the less

This is supposed to resemble the back of some bloomers, but I realized that that is hard to capture with out the back of a babies head. but its still cute.

 

 

I used real lace as you can see (shhh no peeking)

I Love MeMo BoArDs.........

Memo Memo MMeemmooo...... From the Title I'm sure you can tell that I love to make Memo boards. they are also known  as memory boards. I like to call mine DECORATIVE MEMO BOARDS (oooo So Fancy) .

My fcinatrion for these little things popped up when my niece was Turing the big  05, 05 not 50. I was trying to come up with a creative Hello kitty project for her, after roaming around pintrest, ebay, and etsy. I came up with the brilliant idea, a MEMO BOARD. I was actually going to buy the one I found. but it would take too long to get here ( it was Friday her party was sunday) and it was more money than I wanted to spend. Then I got a second Brilliant idea (can you believe it 2 in one night... I was on FIYA... man I'm hot)

So my little creative brain kicked in and I got to crafting. my first one wasn't so spectacular, but my niece LOVES it so who cares,

Hello Kitty memo board

 

All Of the Hello Kitty Flowers are actually the push pins for the board. I even put a little monogram K for Keelia my niece.

 

The boards is cute but since then I have fine tuned my this very delicate craft (yea right) I've added a few more layers for durability and presentation.

These ones are really special, SO special I had to take the picture upside down. I dunno I've tried flipping them around in paint and depending on the program I use sometimes they are right side up and sometimes they are wrong side up. Any who you get the point.
